At PRO-Craft, we fabricate our custom implant abutments using precise customization techniques and CAD technology to meet each patient’s individual dentition and provide a fit for any implant system. Our custom zirconia and titanium abutment implants are fabricated using our state-of-the-art approach to provide a delivery point for durable, long-lasting, and esthetic restorations.

PRO-Craft Dental Lab is one of the few authorized Nobel Biocare milling centers for titanium abutments. We have your back for genuine Noble Biocare parts.

Custom Ti Bases That Change the Game

At PRO-Craft, we are constantly working to adapt our process to provide quality and affordable custom abutment implants to clients and patients. PRO-Craft has developed Custom Ti Bases, an alternative to using more costly custom Ti abutments for fabricating screw-retained restorations. Thanks to our process, clients and patients alike can enjoy the following benefits:

  • Both our custom titanium abutments and zirconia abutments support most major manufacturer parts.
  • Custom Ti Bases improve tissue support and better support patients’ dentition needs over generic titanium bases provided by the major manufacturers.
  • Dental CAD Software is used to position the crown margins at or just below the gingival surface, easing restoration delivery and the cleanup of excess cement.
  • All of our Implant parts are gold anodized free.
  • Cost savings over prescribing a conventional custom Ti abutment.

Our process passes the savings onto our clients without sacrificing quality or reliability. Clients enjoy more affordable restorations, and patients receive a comfortable, long-lasting custom abutment in their preferred material. Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. PRO-Craft Dental Laboratory warrants that all dental devices (a “device”) are made according to your specification and approval in the trust that the device will be useful and MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Subject to the return of a device that is placed and then fails, PRO-Craft Dental Laboratory will repair or replace the device without charge for the cost of materials and workmanship or refund the original price paid, at the PRO-Craft Dental Laboratory’s option, for the life of the patient originally receiving the restoration from the date of placement. This limited lifetime performance warranty shall apply to direct end-user customers (treating clinicians) only.

Pro-Craft is a great lab! 99% of the time I hardly have to adjust their crowns and everything goes perfectly. I would recommend them if you are looking for consistency in beautiful zirconia and implants!
