How To Package & Send A Case

Wet Impressions

Impressions & Bites should be dried and placed in a plastic bag to avoid damage and for infection control. In addition, please remember to properly wrap your impression (moist paper towel) to insure it retains its moisture.

Please do not place the prescription in the bag with the impression.

Photos

We suggest that photos, flash drives or other materials be enclosed in their own individual plastic bag.

Articulator

It should be shipped in the manufacturer's heavy-duty plastic container. If you do not own a container, we suggest investing in one to protect your articulator during shipping.

Packing Box

Place all prepared items in a new or recycled PRO-Craft Dental Laboratory box. If necessary, tightly pack foam or other packing material around items to avoid shifting or harm to the contents. You can also place two boxes into each UPS Express bag and attach an airbill on top of the bag. When sending more than one UPS Express bag, tape the bags together and use only one airbill. Bundling will save money.

FREE inbound shipping! PRO-Craft pays for shipping from your office to our facility. Outbound deliveries are subject to a $17.00 (overnight) fee. We bundle ship as a courtesy and encourage our customers to do the same when sending cases to PRO-Craft.  Note  business reply labels are also avaliable to ship through USPS.  Call for more details.

Do not pay the invoice from FedEx.

Call 1-877-4-the-lab (1-877-484-3522), fax 1-951-304-2803 and forward the invoice to PRO-Craft Dental laboratory. You will receive a letter with a reference number after we rebill the invoice.

Call PRO-Craft and we will send you pre-printed airbills. Do not call UPS or you may be billed extra charges for shipping. Always use PRO-Craft pre-printed airbills.

I was billed by UPS for a shipment that I sent you. How can I have this re-billed?

Do not pay the invoice from UPS. Call 1-877-4-the-lab (1-877-484-3522), fax 1-951-304-2803 and forward the invoice to PRO-Craft Dental laboratory. You will receive a letter with a reference number after we re-bill the invoice.

Put each dental case in a plastic bag and include the appropriate Rx form in the bag. Make sure the impressions are secure to prevent breakage during transit. Secure the box with tape and attach the shipping label form.
