Key Features of PFM Crowns

1. Biocompatibility: Medically pure Co/Cr, free from nickel and beryllium.

2. Precision Milling Technology: Ensures optimal fit and precision with minimal adjustments.

3. Strength and Durability: Co/Cr alloy combines aesthetic and strength.

4. Cost-Effectiveness: Quality at a reduced cost, bypassing expensive semi-precious metals.

Creation The Bio-Compatible PFM

Introducing PCC (Porcelain to Cobalt Chrome) Cobalt Chrome has been the dominant PFM in Europe for more than a decade with 35+ million restorations worldwide due to its biocompatibility. In fact, Cobalt Chrome has been a trusted material, utilized since the 1940s, in tens of millions of restorations.

Now with the ability to mill extremely precise parts with precision milling, PRO-Craft is introducing Cobalt Chrome (Co/Cr) to our customers as an excellent replacement for semi-precious and non-precious alloys. There is no longer a reason to be subject to the rising cost of semi-precious metal and the nickel and beryllium issues of non-precious.

Our Cobalt Chrome is a very strong alloy that is medically pure, biocompatible, and free from nickel and beryllium. All PFM restorations made with Co/Cr will be fabricated with technologically advanced milling, which produces extremely precise, thin margins, copings free from porosities, and precisely controlled designs. Our frameworks are milled from a solid disk of medically pure Co/Cr. This is very significant. The days of waxing, investing, casting, divesting, and finishing are gone. With the elimination of these variables, you can expect greater accuracy and predictability with our milled PFM restorations.

In our effort to only provide the best materials available, all PRO-Craft Creation PFM’s are now fabricated using precision milled PCC - Cobalt Chrome. Please call with any questions.

Pro-Craft is a great lab! 99% of the time I hardly have to adjust their crowns and everything goes perfectly. I would recommend them if you are looking for consistency in beautiful zirconia and implants!
